The invention relates to a planetary gear type power assembly based on supercharging impeller disc driving and a method, and belongs to the field of aircraft power. The assembly comprises a power turbine driving shaft, an inner culvert pressurizing impeller disc (4), a planetary gear transmission mechanism (2), a fan (1), a power output shaft (3) and a mode conversion mechanism, the mode conversion mechanism comprises an auxiliary motor (5) and an electromagnetic clutch (8), the fan (1) is fixedly connected with a planet carrier (24), the power output shaft (3) is driven by a gear ring (23) of the planetary gear transmission mechanism, and the power output shaft (3) is driven by the auxiliary motor (5). The control method has the control characteristics of adjusting the total pitch at the constant speed of the turboshaft and changing the rotating speed of the turbofan. Based on the planetary gear transmission mechanism (2) and the mode switching mechanism, continuous and stable switching between single-mode maximum capacity driving of fan propulsion or shaft power output and modes under active control is achieved, the problem of load sudden change is solved, the economic cruise advantage that the mode switching mechanism is powered off is achieved, and the system is suitable for large-scale popularization and application. And the provided control method solves the control contradiction between the turboshaft mode and the turbofan mode.

    本发明涉及一种基于增压叶轮盘驱动的行星齿轮式动力组件及方法,属于飞行器动力领域。本发明公开的组件包括:动力涡轮驱动轴、内涵增压叶轮盘(4)、行星齿轮传动机构(2)、风扇(1)、功率输出轴(3)、模式转换机构,所述模式转换机构包括辅助电机(5)和电磁离合器(8),风扇(1)与行星架固连(24),功率输出轴(3)由行星齿轮传动机构的齿圈(23)驱动,控制方法兼顾了涡轴恒速调总距和涡扇变转速的控制特点。本发明基于行星齿轮传动机构(2)和模式转换机构,实现了风扇推进或轴功率输出的单模式最大能力驱动,和主动控制下的模式间的连续平稳转换,解决了负载突变问题,以及具有模式转换机构断电的经济巡航优势,并且所提出的控制方法解决了涡轴和涡扇模式之间的控制矛盾。
