The invention provides a low-noise Krueger flap assembly and a wing. The low-noise Krueger flap assembly comprises a Krueger flap body, a cavity filling shell and a Krueger flap head shell. A containing cavity is formed between the cavity filling shell and the Krugger flap body, the face, away from the Krugger flap body, of the cavity filling shell is a smooth transition surface, the Krugger flap head shell is hinged to the Krugger flap body, the Krugger flap head shell has an unfolded state and a folded state, and in the unfolded state, the Krugger flap head shell can be folded in the folded state.
