The invention relates to a two-degree-of-freedom modular attitude autonomous adjustment device for an AUV (Autonomous Underwater Vehicle). The device comprises a sealed cabin, a stepping motor, a lead screw, a guide rod, a fixed frame, a balancing weight and an electric control module. The sealed cabin is composed of a cabin body and a plurality of sealing parts and used for protecting the internal structure. The fixing frame is composed of a detachable rhombic base, a limiting switch and a circular boss base, and it is ensured that the assembly is fixed. The stepping motor is matched with the rhombic base through the lead screw to achieve posture adjustment, and the guide rod limits rotation of the rhombic base. The electric control module is connected with the sensor interface, receives a control signal, drives the motor to carry out linear motion, adjusts the gravity center and posture of the AUV, and the limiting switch limits the motion stroke to adapt to different task requirements.
