The offshore photovoltaic power generation platform comprises a floating photovoltaic module, a flexible connecting piece, a mooring rope and an anchoring piece. The floating photovoltaic modules are arranged in an array mode to form a plurality of photovoltaic rows and photovoltaic columns, each floating photovoltaic module comprises a floating body frame and photovoltaic panels, the floating body frames can float on the sea level, the photovoltaic panels are laid on the floating body frames in a one-to-one correspondence mode, and the photovoltaic panels are arranged on the floating body frames in a one-to-one correspondence mode. A first connecting part is arranged on the outer wall surface of the floating body frame; the adjacent photovoltaic rows and/or the adjacent photovoltaic columns are connected through the flexible connecting pieces, the anchoring pieces are located on a seabed, and the mooring cables are connected between the flexible connecting pieces and the anchoring pieces. Therefore, the offshore photovoltaic power generation platform has the advantages that the cost is reduced, the structure is simple, and the anti-shearing force capacity is good.
