The conical rotary adjusting head comprises a screw rod and a welding nut, the welding nut is fixedly connected with the connecting seat, and the screw rod is in threaded connection with the welding nut; a conical block is arranged at one end of the screw rod and is arranged in the track groove in a sliding manner; the other end of the screw penetrates out of the connecting base and then is connected with a handle. The simple conical rotary adjusting head is matched with the non-equidistant track grooves, continuous adjustment in the height direction is achieved, and due to the fact that the conical adjusting head is short, the adjusting efficiency is high.

    本发明公开了一种可连续调节的导流罩升降机构,涉及汽车零部件技术领域,其包括连接座和与连接座滑动配合的连接杆,且连接杆通过第一支架与导流罩相连,连接座通过第二支架与车身相连,还包括锥形旋转调节头;连接杆沿轴向设置有轨道槽,且该轨道槽的槽孔宽度自一端向另一端逐渐增大;锥形旋转调节头包括螺杆和焊接螺母,焊接螺母与连接座固定连接,且螺杆与焊接螺母螺纹连接;螺杆的一端设置有锥块,该锥块滑动设置于轨道槽;螺杆的另一端自连接座穿出后连接有把手。本发明采用简单的锥形旋转调节头与不等距轨道槽配合,实现了高度方向上的连续调节,而且由于锥形调节头长度短,调节效率较高。
