The invention discloses an economic mode control method for an extended-range electric vehicle. The economic mode control method specifically comprises the following steps that S1, PedalMap with different ECO and Normal is set; s2, setting different external characteristic limits of the ECO and the Normal; s3, different maximum vehicle speed limits of the ECO and the Normal are set; s4, setting different battery discharge capacity limits under the low battery SOC in the ECO mode and the Normal mode; and S5, different APU generated power limits of ECO and Normal are set, step-by-step APU generated power limits according to vehicle speed table lookup are added to an ECO mode, and starting and stopping of the APU are further optimized. According to the method, on the basis of the configuration characteristics of the extended-range electric vehicle, the actual vehicle using requirements of customers are fully considered, and on the premise that the dynamic property requirements of the whole vehicle under various working conditions are met, different performance expressions of the ECO mode and the Normal mode are subjected to differential design, so that the economical performance of the ECO mode reaches the optimal achievable performance of the whole vehicle.

    本发明公开了增程式电动汽车经济模式控制方法,具体包括以下步骤:步骤S1,设置ECO和Normal不同的PedalMap;步骤S2,设置ECO和Normal不同的外特性限制;步骤S3,设置ECO和Normal不同的最高车速限制;步骤S4,设置ECO和Normal模式低电池SOC下的不同的电池放电能力限制;步骤S5,设置ECO和Normal不同的APU发电功率限制,对ECO模式增加根据车速查表的逐级APU发电功率限制,对APU的启停进一步优化。本发明基于增程式电动汽车的构型特点,充分考虑客户用车的实际需求,在满足整车在各种工况下的动力性需求的前提下,对ECO和Normal模式的不同性能表现进行差异化设计,使ECO模式的经济性表现达到整车可以实现的最优。
