The system comprises a controller, a brake pedal, a mechanical push rod, a stroke sensor, a liquid storage tank, a manual cylinder, a manual cylinder isolation valve, a simulator arranged in the manual cylinder, a manual cylinder pressure sensor, a motor, a servo cylinder, a servo cylinder pressure sensor, a servo cylinder isolation valve, four pressure increasing electromagnetic valves and four pressure reducing electromagnetic valves. One end of the manual cylinder is communicated with the liquid storage tank, the other end of the manual cylinder is communicated with the manual cylinder isolating valve, the manual cylinder isolating valve is communicated with the pressurizing electromagnetic valves, each pressurizing electromagnetic valve is communicated with the corresponding pressure reducing electromagnetic valve to form an electromagnetic valve passage, and each pressure reducing electromagnetic valve is communicated with the liquid storage tank; a wheel side brake is connected between the pressure increasing electromagnetic valve and the pressure reducing electromagnetic valve of each electromagnetic valve passage; the four electromagnetic valve passages form two X-shaped or H-shaped hydraulic loops; and each hydraulic loop comprises two electromagnetic valve passages which are connected in parallel. The hidden danger that a brake pedal cannot be stepped on can be avoided.
