The invention relates to a two-gear hybrid power box starting tooth leaning method, system and device and a medium, and the method comprises the following steps that starting is conducted in a pure electric mode, and a torque request of an HCU for an EM2 motor is monitored through an MCU; when the torque request of the HCU to the EM2 motor is changed from 0Nm, the MCU does not temporarily execute the torque request of the HCU to the EM1 motor, and the EM1 motor is instantly controlled to output the corresponding preset torque; and when the torque request of the HCU to the EM1 motor exceeds the corresponding preset range, enabling the MCU to quit the control mode of the torque corresponding to the EM1 motor, and recovering execution of the torque request of the HCU. On the premise that various original functions of the dual-motor controller are not affected, the MCU controls the torque response of the EM1 motor, and the abnormal noise of tooth beating generated by starting of the vehicle is eliminated.

    本公开涉及一种两档混动箱起步靠齿方法、系统、设备和介质,所述方法包括以下步骤:在纯电模式下进行起步,通过MCU监控HCU对EM2电机的扭矩请求;当HCU对EM2电机的扭矩请求从0Nm变化时,使MCU暂不执行HCU对EM1电机的扭矩请求,瞬间控制EM1电机输出对应预设扭矩;当HCU对EM1电机的扭矩请求超出对应的预设范围时,使MCU退出EM1电机对应扭矩的控制模式,恢复执行HCU的扭矩请求。本公开通过控制双电机控制器在不影响原有的各种功能的前提下,MCU控制EM1电机的扭矩响应,消除车辆起步产生的打齿异响。
