The invention provides a battery electric quantity correction method and device, a vehicle and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps that multiple sets of correction historical information are acquired; wherein each group of correction historical information comprises a correction amplitude corresponding to one-time historical correction on the residual electric quantity of the power battery; calculating the average correction amplitude of multiple times of historical correction based on the multiple groups of correction historical information; determining a target ampere-hour compensation value based on the average correction amplitude; and correcting the current residual electric quantity of the power battery based on the target ampere-hour compensation value. According to the method, the current residual electric quantity of the power battery can be corrected based on the correction amplitude of multiple historical correction, and the accuracy of the residual electric quantity of the power battery is improved.
