The invention discloses a transmission system of a double-drive electric forklift, relates to the technical field of double-drive systems, and aims to solve the problem that an existing two-stage transmission mechanism cannot give consideration to both large speed ratio and small size. The transmission system is arranged on a front wheel of the double-drive electric forklift and comprises a motor and a hub reduction gear coaxially arranged with the motor; the motor is fixed to the hub reduction gear, the hub reduction gear is a two-stage transmission mechanism and comprises a first-stage planetary gear transmission pair and a second-stage planetary gear transmission pair which are coaxially arranged, the first-stage planetary gear transmission pair comprises a first-stage gear ring, and the second-stage planetary gear transmission pair comprises a second-stage gear ring. The first-stage gear ring is connected with the second-stage gear ring, the motor and the hub reduction gear are coaxially arranged through the two-stage planetary gear transmission pair, the radial size of the assembly is greatly reduced, the first-stage gear ring is fixed to the second-stage gear ring, and therefore the first-stage gear ring obtains the rotating speed of the second-stage gear ring, and the speed ratio of the first-stage planetary gear transmission pair is increased.

    本发明公开了一种双驱电动叉车的传动系统,涉及双驱系统技术领域,为了解决现有的二级传动机构不能兼顾速比大和体积小的问题,该传动系统设于双驱电动叉车前轮,传动系统包括电机、与电机同轴设置的轮边减速器,电机固定于轮边减速器,轮边减速器为二级传动机构,轮边减速器包括同轴设置的第一级行星齿轮传动副和第二级行星齿轮传动副,第一级行星齿轮传动副包括第一级齿圈,第二级行星齿轮传动副包括第二级齿圈,第一级齿圈与第二级齿圈连接,利用两级行星齿轮传动副,使电机和轮边减速器同轴布置,大大减小了总成的径向尺寸,第一级齿圈固定在第二级齿圈上,从而使第一级齿圈获得第二级齿圈的转速,从而加大了第一级行星齿轮传动副的速比。
