本发明公开一种载重子午线无内胎式轮胎,包括轮胎,轮胎包括两侧间隔设置的胎圈,轮胎安装后,胎圈合着在轮辋上;胎圈之间一体成型有胎体帘布层,胎体帘布层从胎圈开始经过轮胎的胎侧部、胎肩部至胎冠部后,呈圆环状结构布设在两侧胎圈之间;胎体帘布层按照从内侧向外侧方式反包胎圈;轮胎还包括钢丝补强层;钢丝补强层的包裹方式为L形包裹;钢丝补强层由若干个钢丝帘线以平行排列的方式组成。通过上述结构的轮胎实现钢丝补强层的L型包裹方式与胎体帘布层的包裹方式作用下,不仅有效控制了胎圈伸张形变,同时,减少载重子午线无内胎式轮胎在使用过程胎圈部内裂口,而导致载重子午线无内胎式轮胎胎圈部承载性降低的缺陷。
