The invention relates to the field of thermal protection materials, in particular to a surface strengthening and toughening ceramic fiber flexible thermal insulation structure and a preparation method and application thereof.The surface strengthening and toughening ceramic fiber flexible thermal insulation structure comprises a high-temperature alloy foil, a high-temperature alloy woven mesh and a ceramic fiber layer which are sequentially stacked from the high-temperature face to the low-temperature face; the ceramic fiber layer comprises high-temperature surface ceramic fiber cloth, a plurality of ceramic fiber filling layers and low-temperature surface ceramic fiber cloth which are sequentially laminated, and a reflecting screen is arranged between every two adjacent ceramic fiber filling layers; the ceramic fiber layer is fixed through ceramic fiber sewing threads, and the high-temperature alloy woven mesh and the ceramic fiber layer are fixed through high-temperature alloy sewing threads. The heat insulation structure provided by the invention is flexible and light, and has excellent performances of high temperature resistance, airflow scouring resistance, strong toughness, low heat conductivity coefficient and the like.

    本发明涉及热防护材料领域,尤其涉及一种表面强韧化陶瓷纤维柔性隔热结构及其制备方法和应用,其包括由高温面向低温面依次叠层设置的高温合金箔、高温合金编织网和陶瓷纤维层;陶瓷纤维层包括依次叠层设置的高温面陶瓷纤维布、若干层陶瓷纤维填充层和低温面陶瓷纤维布,且相邻两层陶瓷纤维填充层之间设有反射屏;陶瓷纤维层由陶瓷纤维缝纫线固定,高温合金编织网和陶瓷纤维层之间通过高温合金缝纫线固定。本发明提供的隔热结构柔性、轻质且具有耐高温、抗气流冲刷、韧性强和低导热系数等优异性能。
