The invention discloses a damage self-induction and wave-absorbing integrated composite material and a preparation method thereof. The composite material comprises first to third structural layers, a frequency selective surface layer and a damage induction layer, the first structural layer, the frequency selective surface layer, the second structural layer, the damage induction layer and the third structural layer are sequentially stacked and are cured into a whole by adopting a vacuum resin transfer process; the first to third structural layers are used for impedance matching; the frequency selective surface layer is used for absorbing incident electromagnetic waves; the damage induction layer is used for further absorbing incident electromagnetic waves penetrating through the frequency selective surface layer and inducting and recognizing damage to the composite material through the change of the conductivity of the damage induction layer before and after damage. According to the composite material disclosed by the invention, on the basis of effectively improving the absorption capacity of a military aircraft to radar waves with a certain wave band, active, online and real-time monitoring can be carried out on structural damage through the damage sensing layer, and information is provided for evaluating the structural integrity of the aircraft.

    本发明公开了一种损伤自感应和吸波一体化的复合材料及其制备方法;复合材料包括第一至第三结构层、频率选择表面层和损伤感应层;第一结构层、频率选择表面层、第二结构层、损伤感应层、第三结构层依次层叠并采用真空树脂传递工艺固化为一体;第一至第三结构层用于阻抗匹配;频率选择表面层用于吸收入射电磁波;损伤感应层用于进一步吸收透过频率选择表面层的入射电磁波,并通过损伤前后其自身电导率的变化来感应和识别复合材料受到的损伤。本发明所述的复合材料能够在有效提高军用飞行器对一定波段雷达波吸收能力的基础上,通过损伤感应层,对结构损伤进行主动、在线和实时监测,为评估飞行器结构完整性提供信息。
