The invention belongs to the technical field of aero seats, and particularly relates to a human body sitting posture recognition and fatigue analysis method and system. A pressure distribution sensor network, a micro-motion detection device, a biological signal sensor and an infrared thermal imaging module are integrated in an aero seat; according to the method, sitting posture adjustment of the passenger, the stability degree of the flight environment, the physiological state of the passenger and the fatigue degree can be monitored in real time, and therefore the fatigue level of the passenger can be accurately evaluated under the bumping condition. According to the technical breakthrough, the aero seat can intelligently respond to the requirements of passengers, the state of the seat is automatically adjusted, the comfort and safety of the passengers under the bumpy flight condition are remarkably improved, meanwhile, precious passenger health data are provided for an airline company, and flight service and health management can be optimized.
