The negative pole piece comprises a current collector, a first negative active layer and a second negative active layer, the first negative active layer and the second negative active layer are sequentially arranged on at least one surface of the current collector, and the first negative active layer comprises a first liquid-absorbing and liquid-retaining nano material or comprises the first liquid-absorbing and liquid-retaining nano material and a second liquid-absorbing and liquid-retaining nano material; the content of the first liquid-absorbing and liquid-retaining nano material is greater than that of the second liquid-absorbing and liquid-retaining nano material; the second negative electrode active layer comprises a second liquid absorption and retention nano material, or comprises a first liquid absorption and retention nano material and a second liquid absorption and retention nano material, and the content of the first liquid absorption and retention nano material is smaller than that of the second liquid absorption and retention nano material; the conductivity of the first liquid absorption and retention nano material is 1S/m to 109S/m, and the conductivity of the second liquid absorption and retention nano material is 10 <-18 > S/m to 10 <-8 > S/m. The battery adopting the negative pole piece has fast charging performance, high temperature performance and long cycle performance.
