The invention relates to the technical field of ship navigation control, in particular to a ship speed optimization and emission reduction method and system, and the method comprises the steps: building a ship plane motion model, and determining the water speed and ground speed of a ship according to the position state of the ship and the environment information of the current time domain; an emission measuring and calculating model is constructed, and the emission amount of the ship is calculated according to the engine working condition of the ship; constructing a nonlinear multi-constraint optimization model for controlling the ship navigation process by taking the minimum ship emission as an objective function; and constructing a ship speed dynamic optimization model, solving the optimization model in each time domain according to the ship position state and the environmental information of the current time domain, and taking the solved speed value of the next time domain as the navigation speed until the destination or the end condition is reached. The method is suitable for an area with time-space variation, and the emission reduction effect is achieved by combining the time division control characteristic of model prediction control.

    本发明涉及船舶航行控制技术领域,具体涉及一种船速优化减排方法及系统,方法包括构建船舶平面运动模型,根据船舶的位置状态和当前时域的环境信息,确定船舶的对水速度和对地速度;构建排放测算模型,根据船舶的发动机工况,计算船舶的排放量;以船舶排放量最小为目标函数,构建用于控制船舶航行过程的非线性多约束优化模型;构建船舶速度动态优化模型,在每个时域,根据船舶位置状态和当前时域的环境信息,求解优化模型,并将求解出的下一个时域的速度值作为航行速度,直到达到目的地或结束条件。本发明适用于时空间变化的区域,结合模型预测控制的时间分割控制特性,实现了减排效果。
