The invention discloses a battery state monitoring system and method, and relates to the field of battery monitoring, the system comprises at least one thin film sensing array assembly, and the thin film sensing array assembly comprises a thin film circuit substrate, a thin film pressure sensing array and a temperature sensing array; the thin film pressure sensing array and the temperature sensing array are arranged on the thin film circuit substrate in a crossed manner; the thin film sensing array assembly is arranged on one side of the battery unit, and the thin film sensing array is used for monitoring the temperature state and the pressure state of the battery unit and transmitting obtained temperature state information stored in an array form and obtained pressure state information stored in an array form to the controller; and the controller is used for determining an abnormal position of the battery unit and corresponding abnormal early warning information based on a preset threshold range according to the pressure state information stored in the array form and the temperature state information stored in the array form. According to the invention, the abnormal part of the battery can be accurately monitored.

    本申请公开了一种电池状态监测系统及方法,涉及电池监测领域,系统包括至少一个薄膜传感阵列组件,薄膜传感阵列组件包括薄膜线路基板、薄膜压力传感阵列及温度传感阵列;薄膜压力传感阵列与温度传感阵列交叉设置在薄膜线路基板上;薄膜传感阵列组件设置在电池单元的一侧,薄膜传感阵列用于监测电池单元的温度状态及压力状态,并将得到的以阵列形式存储的温度状态信息及以阵列形式存储的压力状态信息传输至控制器;控制器用于基于预设阈值范围,根据以阵列形式存储的压力状态信息及以阵列形式存储的温度状态信息,确定所述电池单元的异常位置及对应的异常预警信息。本申请可对电池异常部位实现精确监测。
