The invention discloses a prefabricated fixed foot hoisting method. The method comprises the following steps that a foundation trench is excavated and leveled; flattening the hoisting platform; positioning and measuring the mounting position of the prefabricated fixed foot; selecting a hoisting machine tool; determining the position of a lifting point; trial hoisting is conducted through the hoisting machine tool, and formal hoisting operation is conducted through the hoisting machine tool after trial hoisting has no problems; after hoisting is completed, structural joints between the prefabricated fixing feet are filled; a safety assembly is arranged in the hoisting machine tool and used for maintaining the descending speed of the preset fixed foot to prevent the preset fixed foot from falling off. In the hoisting process, the preset fixed foot is hoisted in cooperation with the safety assembly, the descending speed of the preset fixed foot is maintained through the safety assembly to prevent the preset fixed foot from falling off, when the hoisting machine tool loses power, the low descending speed of the preset fixed foot can still be guaranteed, and danger caused by rapid descending of the preset fixed foot is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种预制固脚吊装方法,包括以下步骤:开挖、平整基槽;平整吊装平台;对预制固脚的安装位进行定位、测量;选择吊装机具;确定吊点位置;通过吊装机具进行试吊,在试吊无问题后通过吊装机具进行正式吊装作业;吊装完成后对预制固脚间的结构缝进行填筑;所述吊装机具内设置有安全组件,所述安全组件用于维持预置固脚的下降速度防止脱落。本申请在吊装过程中配合安全组件对预置固脚进行吊装,通过安全组件维持预置固脚的下降速度防止脱落,在吊装机具失去动力时,依然能够保证预置固脚较慢的下降速度,避免预置固脚急速下降造成危险。
