In the hoisting process, the preset fixed foot is hoisted in cooperation with the safety assembly, the descending speed of the preset fixed foot is maintained through the safety assembly to prevent the preset fixed foot from falling off, when the hoisting machine tool loses power, the low descending speed of the preset fixed foot can still be guaranteed, and danger caused by rapid descending of the preset fixed foot is avoided.
