The invention belongs to the technical field of steel shell concrete cable bent tower construction, and particularly relates to a lifting appliance capable of adapting to the gravity center change of a cable bent tower steel shell and a lifting method. The lifting appliance comprises a lifting hook and a lifting assembly, the lifting assembly comprises two double-pulley assemblies, a double-fork-lug rigging and a single-pulley assembly, the double-fork-lug rigging comprises a first connector, a second connector and a steel wire rope, one end of the steel wire rope is fixedly connected with the first connector, and the other end of the steel wire rope is fixedly connected with the single-pulley assembly. And the other end of the rotating shaft upwards bypasses one pulley in the double-pulley assembly, downwards penetrates through the single-pulley assembly fixedly connected with the first joint, horizontally winds through the single-pulley assembly fixedly connected with the second joint, upwards bypasses the other pulley in the double-pulley assembly, and downwards is fixedly connected with the second joint. By adopting the double-fork lug rigging, the steel wire rope, the double-pulley assembly and the single-pulley assembly form triangular arrangement, so that the lifting appliance can automatically find the gravity center of a steel shell to be lifted, can adapt to the gravity center change of the steel shell under the condition of single-hook lifting, and is simple to operate and high in reliability.

    本发明属于钢壳混凝土索塔施工技术领域,特别涉及一种可适应索塔钢壳重心变化的吊具及吊装方法。该吊具包括吊钩和起吊组件,起吊组件包括两个双滑轮总成、双叉耳索具和单滑轮总成,双叉耳索具包括第一接头、第二接头和钢丝绳,钢丝绳一端与第一接头固定连接,另一端向上绕过双滑轮总成中的一个滑轮后向下穿过与第一接头固定连接的单滑轮总成,并水平缠绕穿过与第二接头固定连接的单滑轮总成后,向上绕过双滑轮总成中的另一个滑轮,向下与第二接头固定连接。本发明通过采用双叉耳索具,将钢丝绳与双滑轮总成和单滑轮总成形成三角形布置,可以使吊具自动找寻带起吊钢壳的重心,可适应在单钩吊装情况下钢壳重心变化,操作简单,可靠性高。
