The method comprises the steps that bottom subsections are reversely built, and outer plates are attached in a scattered mode; the intersection point of the outer plate and the inner bottom plate serves as a datum point, and an installation datum line is drawn on the outer plate along the datum point; after the bottom section is built, single-plate bilge keels are installed according to the installation datum line, the single-plate bilge keels are not welded at the two ends of the bottom section in the bow and stern direction by reserving a section of welding reserved length respectively, correction margins are reserved in the bow and stern direction of the single-plate bilge keels, and the setting direction of the correction margins is kept consistent with the butt joint margins of the bottom section; after inspection and acceptance are completed, bottom subsection coating construction is conducted; and performing general assembly welding on the bottom sections in the general assembly stage. According to the method, the single-plate bilge keel is installed in the segmentation stage, compared with installation in the block stage, installation of the bilge keel is achieved in advance, coating construction is conducted after the bilge keel is installed, and large-area coating damage caused by installation in the block stage is avoided.
本发明涉及一种单板舭龙骨的安装方法及具有单板舭龙骨的船,该方法包括:底部分段反态建造,散贴外板完成后;以外板与内底板的交点作为基准点,沿基准点在外板上划出安装基准线;待底部分段建造完成后,依照安装基准线安装单板舭龙骨,单板舭龙骨在底部分段艏艉方向两端分别预留一段焊接保留长度不进行焊接,单板舭龙骨在艏艉方向留出修正余量,修正余量设置的方向与底部分段对接的余量方向保持一致;检验验收完成后进行底部分段的涂装施工;总装阶段底部分段的总组焊接。本发明通过在分段阶段进行单板舭龙骨的安装,相比与总段阶段进行安装实现了舭龙骨的安装提前,舭龙骨安装后在进行涂装施工,避免了总段阶段安装造成的大面积涂装破坏。
