The invention relates to the technical field of ocean engineering and structural engineering, in particular to a high-damping mooring system which comprises a plurality of cable assemblies radially distributed around a platform and extending to the seabed. The cable assembly comprises a mooring cable, a rotating arm and a damper assembly. The bottom end of the mooring cable is connected with a seabed through a seabed anchoring part, and the top end is connected with the bottom end of the rotating arm; the top end of the rotating arm is connected with the platform, and the middle position of the rotating arm is connected with the platform through a damper assembly; when the platform moves in the horizontal direction, the upper end of the mooring rope can be driven to move, and the rotating arm is driven to rotate, so that the damper assembly deforms and consumes energy. The high-damping mooring system provides rigidity constraint platform displacement response for the platform, provides high damping at the same time, and can effectively restrain platform dynamic response caused by wave, water flow and wind load effect of an upper structure of the platform.
