The double-wishbone suspension comprises a front axle, an upper wishbone, a lower wishbone, an oil gas suspension cylinder and a frame, a wheel connecting section is arranged at the outer end of the front axle, a master pin connecting end is arranged at the inner end of the front axle, and the upper side and the lower side of the master pin connecting end are in spherical hinge connection with the outer ends of the upper wishbone and the lower wishbone respectively; the inner ends of the upper cross arm and the lower cross arm are respectively hinged with the frame, a top bearing seat is arranged at the top of the upper cross arm, a frame support is arranged at the upper part of the frame, and two ends of the oil-gas suspension cylinder are respectively in spherical hinge connection with the top bearing seat and the frame support; the connecting point of the oil gas suspension cylinder and the frame, the connecting point of the oil gas suspension cylinder and the top bearing seat, the connecting point of the upper cross arm and the front axle and the connecting point of the lower cross arm and the front axle are located on the same plane. According to the invention, the load of each part is reasonably distributed, the generation of additional force or torque can be prevented, and the comfort and controllability of the mining dump truck during no-load and full-load are optimal.

    本发明公开了一种矿用自卸车双横臂悬架,包括:前轴、上横臂、下横臂、油气悬缸、车架,前轴的外端设置有车轮连接段,内端设置有主销连接端,主销连接端的上下两侧分别与上横臂、下横臂的外端球铰连接;上横臂、下横臂的内端分别与车架铰接连接,上横臂的顶部设置有顶轴承座,车架上部设置有车架支座,油气悬缸两端分别与顶轴承座、车架支座球铰连接;油气悬缸和车架的连接点、油气悬缸和顶轴承座的连接点、上横臂和前轴连接点、下横臂和前轴的连接点在一个平面上。本发明合理分配各零部件载荷,能够防止附加力或力矩的产生,使矿用自卸车在空载和满载时的舒适性和操控性达到最优。
