The present invention provides a container with a functional member and a tire, which can suppress the generation of cracks on protrusions formed on the inner surface of the container by elaborately designing the internal shape of the container for containing the functional member, and enable the functional member to accurately acquire tire internal information. A storage body with a functional member is provided with a functional member (20) for acquiring tire information and a storage body (10) for storing the functional member (20), the functional member (20) having a housing (21) and a piezoelectric element (24) fixed to a wall surface of the housing (21), and a protrusion (15) formed on an inner surface of the storage body (10). In a non-loaded state and a state in which the functional component (20) is housed in the housing body (10), the protrusion (15) is in direct contact with the piezoelectric element (24) or in indirect contact with the piezoelectric element (24) via a wall surface of the case (21), and in a plan view of the protrusion (15), the area of the bottommost surface (15y) of the protrusion (15) is larger than the area of the topmost surface (15x) of the protrusion (15). The outer edge of the topmost portion (15x) of the protrusion (15) is located on the inner side of the outer edge of the bottommost surface (15y) of the protrusion (15).
