The invention discloses an intelligent parking system and method based on an urban cloud platform. The system comprises an urban parking cloud platform, a mobile terminal, an unmanned vehicle and a merchant terminal. S1, determining a parking place of a vehicle through a navigation module of the mobile terminal; s2, a parking lot navigation instruction is sent to the unmanned vehicle through the mobile terminal, after the unmanned vehicle receives the instruction, parking reservation information is sent to the city cloud platform, and a parking reservation processing center issues parking space reservation information to a designated merchant terminal; after receiving the information, the merchant side registers a license plate number in advance and reserves a parking space; s3, after parking space reservation succeeds, parking lot map information is obtained, and the vehicle drives to the designated parking lot for parking; after the unmanned vehicle arrives at a travel place, the parking cloud platform directs the unmanned vehicle to perform parking reservation and realize automatic parking. When a user goes out, parking fees can be paid remotely through the mobile terminal, the parking cloud platform issues a release instruction to the commercial tenant terminal, and finally, the unmanned vehicle receives driving in the trip according to positioning of the user.

    本发明公开了一种基于城市云平台的智慧停车系统及方法,包括城市停车云平台、移动端、无人驾驶车辆和商户端;S1:通过移动端的导航模块确定车辆的停车地点;S2:通过移动端向无人驾驶车辆发送停车场导航指令,无人驾驶车辆收到指令后,向城市云平台发送停车预约信息,且由停车预约处理中心向指定商户端下达停车位预约信息;商户端接收到信息后提前登记车牌号并预留车位;S3:车位预约成功后,获取停车场地图信息驶向指定停车场停车;可在到达出行地点后,由停车云平台指挥无人驾驶车辆进行停车预约并实现自动停车;用户出行时,可通过移动端远程支付停车费用,由停车云平台向商户端下达放行指令,最后让无人驾驶车辆根据用户定位进行出行接驾。
