The invention provides a limited slip differential based on the electromagnetic induction principle and provides a design method of the limited slip differential. The limited slip differential is composed of a main speed reducer, a differential, an electromagnetic induction and control device, an electromagnetic clutch and a current controller. The electromagnetic induction and control device is mounted in the differential shell, and the electromagnetic induction and control device and a current controller fixed outside the differential shell are arranged between the differential and the electromagnetic clutch, so that induced current is generated by utilizing the rotating speed difference of the left driving wheel and the right driving wheel, the induced current is rectified into stable direct current through the current controller, and electromagnetic force is output after the stable direct current exceeds a control threshold value; a driven part of the electromagnetic clutch is connected with the differential shell, and a driving part is connected with a right driving half shaft of the differential; electromagnetic force attracts driving and driven parts of the electromagnetic clutch, and the slip limiting function of the differential mechanism is achieved through mechanical friction. The invention also provides a design method of the limited slip differential using the electromagnetic induction principle, and the size of each component can be calculated according to the limited slip demand and the assembly condition according to the design steps.

    本发明提出了一种利用电磁感应原理的限滑差速器,并给出了其设计方法。所述限滑差速器由主减速器、差速器、电磁感应与控制装置、电磁离合器、电流控制器五部分组成。电磁感应与控制装置安装在差速器壳体内,和固定在差速器壳体外的电流控制器布置在差速器和电磁离合器之间,以利用左、右驱动车轮转速差产生感生电流,经电流控制器整流为稳定直流电且在超过控制阈值后输出电磁力;电磁离合器从动部分与差速器壳体连接,其主动部分与差速器的右驱动半轴连接;电磁力吸合电磁离合器主从动部分,通过机械摩擦实现差速器限滑功能。本发明也提供了利用电磁感应原理的限滑差速器的设计方法,根据设计步骤可依据限滑需求和装配条件计算得到各部件尺寸。
