The invention discloses an engine cooling system which comprises a water pump, an engine cooling water channel, an electronic thermolator, a radiator and a cylinder body valve. A liquid outlet of the water pump is communicated with a liquid inlet of the cylinder cover; the electronic temperature regulator is provided with a liquid inlet cavity and a liquid separation cavity; the liquid inlet cavity is provided with a liquid inlet I communicated with a liquid outlet of the cylinder cover and a liquid outlet I communicated with a liquid inlet of the radiator; the liquid separation cavity is provided with a liquid inlet II communicated with a liquid outlet of the radiator and a liquid outlet II communicated with a liquid inlet of the water pump; the liquid separation cavity is communicated with the liquid inlet cavity through a liquid passing hole, a plug is arranged in the liquid separation cavity, the plug is controlled to enable the liquid passing hole to be communicated with the liquid inlet II, or the plug is controlled to enable the liquid passing hole or the liquid inlet II to be plugged; the cylinder body valve is arranged on a channel for communicating the cylinder body cooling channel with the liquid inlet cavity; an engine cooling system with a thermolator arranged behind a current radiator can be optimized, the problem that temperature oscillation of a water jacket is violent is solved, and meanwhile the structural arrangement difficulty is lowered.

    本发明公开了一种发动机冷却系统,包括水泵、发动机冷却水路、电子调温器、散热器和缸体阀;所述水泵的出液口连通至缸盖进液口;所述电子调温器具有进液腔和分液腔;所述进液腔具有与缸盖出液口连通的进液口Ⅰ和与散热器进液口连通的出液口Ⅰ;所述分液腔具有与散热器出液口连通的进液口Ⅱ和与水泵进液口连通的出液口Ⅱ;所述分液腔和进液腔通过过液孔连通,所述分液腔内设置有堵塞,所述堵塞被控制的使过液孔和进液口Ⅱ连通,或者堵塞被控制的使过液孔或进液口Ⅱ被封堵;所述缸体阀设置在缸体冷却通道和进液腔连通的通道上;能够优化当前散热器后布置调温器的发动机冷却系统,解决水套温度振荡剧烈问题的同时,降低结构布置难度。
