The invention discloses a movable working platform for subway tunnel construction and a using method thereof.The movable working platform comprises four first moving mechanisms, each first moving mechanism comprises a side frame, a steering wheel, a bottom wheel, a side wheel, a limiting ring, a supporting frame and an adjusting component, a moving groove is formed in the bottom of each side frame, and the bottom of each side frame is provided with a moving groove; adjusting openings are formed in the outer surfaces of one sides of the side frames, the tops of the steering wheels slidably penetrate through the bottoms of the side frames, and the bottom wheels are slidably inserted into the moving grooves. During use, the vehicle body is stably placed on the track body, then equipment can be conveniently moved to a designated use position under the support of the vehicle body and the bottom wheels, then the oil cylinders are controlled to support the steering wheels to be attached to the ground, after the steering wheels touch the ground and are supported, the side frames can be away from the ground under the support of the oil cylinders, and then the bottom wheels are separated from the ground; at the moment, the use distance between the opposite side frames can be conveniently adjusted under the position limitation of the connecting rods and the connecting pipes according to the actual use requirements in the tunnel.

    本发明公开了一种地铁隧道施工用可移动作业平台及其使用方法,包括:第一移动机构,第一移动机构共设置有四组,每组第一移动机构均包括侧架、转向轮、底轮、侧轮、限位圈、支撑架和调节部件,侧架底部开设有移动槽,侧架一侧外表面开设有调节口,转向轮顶部滑动贯穿侧架底部,底轮滑动插设于移动槽内部。本发明中,使用时,将车体平稳放置于轨道本体上,进而在车体和底轮的支撑下,继而能够便捷将设备移动至指定使用位置,再控制油缸支撑转向轮贴合地面,使转向轮着地支撑后,侧架能够在油缸的支撑下远离地面,进而使底轮与地面分离,此时根据隧道内部实际使用需求,在连接杆和连接管的位置限制下,能够便捷调节相对侧架之间使用距离。
