The invention provides a lifting type portal frame car machine based on gear and rack transmission and a construction method of the lifting type portal frame car machine. The lifting type portal frame car machine comprises two opposite supporting bodies, and each supporting body comprises two supporting units and a track beam arranged between the two supporting units; the bracket is connected to the track beam in a sliding manner; the supporting heads are arranged on the bracket, and the two opposite supporting heads can move close to or away from each other through the driving assembly. The supporting head is aligned with a supporting point at the bottom of a vehicle body; one end of the jacking mechanism is fixed to the supporting unit, and the other end of the jacking mechanism is connected to the ground. When the lifting type portal frame car machine is used for intelligent replacement of a bogie, synchronous lifting of the track beams and keeping of the dragging head in the horizontal state or within the safe dip angle range all the time can be achieved, the self-adaption characteristic is achieved, one-button operation can be achieved through an integrated control system, and the operation efficiency is further improved.

    本发明提供的一种基于齿轮齿条传动的升降式龙门架车机及其施工方法,包括两个相对的支撑主体,每个所述支撑主体包括两个支撑单元和设于两个支撑单元之间的轨道梁;托架和托头,所述托架滑动连接于轨道梁上;所述托头设于托架上,通过驱动组件能够实现两相对的拖头之间相靠近或相远离移动;所述托头用于对准车体底部的支撑点;以及顶升机构,其一端固定在支撑单元上,另一端连接到地面。本发明升降式龙门架车机在用于转向架智能换装时,可实现轨道梁同步升降及拖头始终保持水平状态或在安全倾角范围内,具有自适应特性,并且通过集成控制系统,可以实现一键式操作,进一步提高了作业效率。
