The middle of the support is in threaded connection with a second locking ring. The lower ends of telescopic rods of the hydraulic cylinders are movably connected with positioning feet. According to the invention, turning of the walking wheels is realized, so that turning movement of the rack is realized; and the positions of the positioning feet can be adjusted by rotating the hydraulic cylinders, so that the landing positions of the positioning feet can be flexibly selected according to the actual ground flatness condition, and the leveling of the rack is realized.
