The self-adaptive capacity enhances the flexibility and universality of the hoisting system, so that the hoisting system can be suitable for hoisting equipment with different sizes and shapes.

    本发明属于工程吊运技术领域,提供了一种交通运输工程用吊运设备,包括工程车,工程车上端固定安装有底座,底座上端固定安装有机械臂,机械臂前端固定安装有支撑架;展开机构,展开机构包括固定安装在支撑架前端的支撑槽,支撑槽内部相对转动安装有两个丝杆,两个丝杆外表面均螺纹连接有螺纹环,螺纹环外表面均固定安装有移动板;本发明通过设置一个双头轴电机同时驱动两个丝杆,实现了两侧移动板的同步展开与收缩,移动板能够根据待吊运物件的实际尺寸,通过调整在支撑槽内的位置,自动适应并调整两端吊运机构间距,这种自适应能力增强了吊运系统的灵活性和通用性,使其能够适用于不同尺寸和形状的设备进行吊运。
