本发明提出了一种集装箱船舱盖吊运工装,主体框架包括两根平行布置的吊梁,两根吊梁的末端通过两根垂直的连接杆连接,两根吊梁和连接杆围成一矩形框;吊梁的顶面设有与吊机吊钩中心孔配合的专用轴,专用轴与吊梁可拆卸连接;吊梁的底面设有与舱盖的标准箱角配合的专用角锁吊具,专用角锁吊具与吊梁固定连接。本发明将吊机上的主钩与吊运工装直接轴连接,然后利用特制集装箱角角锁嵌入舱盖上固有的箱角吊点进行吊装的方式,有利于吊装的便捷,提高吊装的安全性,同时提高舱盖吊装的效率;解决了建集装箱船舶绑扎桥高度受制于场地与吊机资源,舱盖吊点重心偏差及吊装钢丝绳夹角过大造成的安全隐患。
