The invention discloses an automatic integration system of a plant factory, and relates to the technical field of automation, the automatic integration system of the plant factory comprises a rail stacker, a shuttle vehicle, a ground conveyor and a plurality of parallel goods shelves, the rail stacker comprises a goods carrying table, a walking mechanism, a lifting mechanism and a horizontal rail, the horizontal track is arranged on the ground corresponding to the same end of the plurality of parallel goods shelves; the cargo carrying table is used for carrying the planting water tank and/or the shuttle vehicle and is in butt joint with the shuttle vehicle and/or the ground conveyor, so that transfer of the planting water tank and/or the shuttle vehicle is achieved; the walking mechanism is used for driving the rail stacker to horizontally move on the horizontal rail, and the lifting mechanism is used for driving the cargo carrying table to vertically move on the lifting guide rail. The rail stacker is used for synchronously moving the cargo carrying table in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction through the walking mechanism and the lifting mechanism, and butt joint between the rail stacker and the shuttle vehicle and/or the ground conveyor is achieved.
