The inspection mass unit comprises a vacuum cavity, an inspection mass, a driving module and two first capacitor plates; the inspection mass and the first capacitor plates are arranged in the vacuum cavity; the two first capacitor plates are respectively arranged in the upper direction and the lower direction of the inspection mass and are used for applying electrostatic force to the inspection mass, so that the inspection mass is suspended in the vertical direction; and the driving module is used for controlling the suspended inspection mass to move. According to the application, the control of the inspection quality on six degrees of freedom can be realized, and the effectiveness of the drag-free control ground verification is ensured.
