The invention discloses a satellite shell component with low radar echo scattering, and belongs to the technical field of aerospace craft in-orbit stealth, the satellite shell component comprises a shell skeleton and a skin arranged outside the shell skeleton, the skin is made of a composite radar stealth material, the shell skeleton is made of a resin material, and the shell skeleton is made of a composite material. The composite radar stealth material comprises two photonic crystal films and a nanometer zinc oxide material coating, and the appearance of the satellite shell component is in a goose egg shape. According to the satellite shell component with the low radar echo scattering, due to the goose-egg-shaped appearance design, the reflection angle of radar echoes can be increased, fewer radar echoes can be detected, and the stealth effect is remarkable; through the mode of combining the composite radar stealth material coating and the goose egg-shaped shell, the excellent radar echo weakening effect under the comprehensive effect can be achieved, and the radar stealth effect covering the X wave band and below is further achieved.

    本发明公开了一种低雷达回波散射的卫星外壳部件,属于航天飞行器在轨隐身技术领域,包括外壳骨架和设置在所述外壳骨架外部的蒙皮,所述蒙皮采用复合雷达隐身材料制作而成,所述外壳骨架采用树脂材料制作而成,所述复合雷达隐身材料包括两种光子晶体薄膜与一种纳米氧化锌材料涂层,且所述卫星外壳部件的外形为鹅卵型。本发明采用上述结构的一种低雷达回波散射的卫星外壳部件,鹅卵型的外形设计可以使得雷达回波反射角变大,使得雷达回波检测到的更少,隐身效果显著;通过复合雷达隐身材料涂层与鹅卵型外壳组合的方式,能够实现综合作用下的优异的雷达回波减弱作用,进一步实现覆盖X波段及以下的雷达隐身效果。
