The invention relates to a high-rigidity extension locking mechanism, and belongs to the field of extension locking mechanism design. Comprising a fixing stage, a stretching stage and four automatic screw-in type locking devices. The fixed stage and the extension stage are of hollow cuboid structures; the fixed stage sleeves the outer wall of the extension stage; the four automatic screw-in type locking devices are installed on the inner walls of the four corners of the extension stage respectively. In an initial state, the fixing stage and the stretching stage are in an overlapped state, and the stretching stage is limited and clamped through the four automatic screw-in type locking devices; under the action of external force, the stretching stage extends out of the fixed stage along the axial direction; after the stretching stage stretches out in place, the relative positions of the fixing stage and the stretching stage are locked through the four automatic screw-in type locking devices; the problem that high-rigidity locking is difficult to achieve through threaded connection when the spacecraft stretching mechanism is in an on-orbit unmanned state is solved.

    本发明涉及一种高刚度伸展锁定机构,属于伸展锁定机构设计领域;包括固定级、伸展级和4个自动旋入式锁定装置;固定级和伸展级均为中空长方体结构;固定级套装在伸展级的外壁;4个自动旋入式锁定装置分别安装在伸展级4个角的内壁处;初始状态,固定级和伸展级为重合状态,通过4个自动旋入式锁定装置实现对伸展级的限位卡紧;在外力作用下,伸展级沿轴向伸出固定级;当伸展级伸出到位后,通过4个自动旋入式锁定装置实现对固定级、伸展级相对位置的锁定;本发明解决了航天器伸展机构在轨无人状态下,难以通过螺纹连接实现高刚度锁定的问题。
