The invention discloses a berth launching method based on load hysteresis optimization, and the method comprises the steps: carrying out the statistics and analysis of an actual launching dangerous position of a ship through employing the stress monitoring data of the ship launching at the same berth, comparing the ship launching dangerous position calculated through employing a statics theory, analyzing the hysteresis of the load transmission of the ship launching, and obtaining the ship launching lag distance. And correcting a theoretical calculation dangerous position of novel ship launching on the same slipway by using the measured actual lagging distance of ship launching on the same slipway, and designing a ship launching reinforcing support arrangement according to the corrected most dangerous position. According to the method, the influence of ship movement on ship launching is considered, the hysteresis of ship launching load transmission is analyzed, the inconsistency between the most dangerous position calculated through ship launching analysis and the actual ship launching most dangerous position is measured, the error between the ship launching reinforcing support arrangement position and the actual ship launching most dangerous position is reduced, and the ship launching safety is improved. And the launching strength of the ship is relatively safe.
