The invention relates to a method for dismounting and mounting a full-rotation underwater propeller on the sea, which comprises the following steps of: putting a hoisting cable into water through a hoisting beam arranged outside a ship body and an upper hoist crane to be connected with an underwater part of the full-rotation underwater propeller; hoisting equipment in the ship body connects a hoisting rope in the ship body with the underwater part of the full-rotation underwater propeller through a hoisting rope guide pipe mounted on the ship body; and the underwater part of the ship body of the full-rotation underwater propeller is transferred to the transport ship through mutual length adjustment of the inner and outer sets of hoisting equipment and the hoisting rope and under the assistance of the hoisting rope auxiliary winch and the auxiliary rope which are mounted on the transport ship. The method is also suitable for offshore installation of the full-rotation underwater propeller, and the offshore installation requirement of the full-rotation underwater propeller can be met only through reverse operation according to the steps. The method has the biggest advantage that the propeller can be disassembled and assembled without the assistance of an offshore floating crane ship, so that the ship renting cost for disassembling and assembling the full-rotation underwater propeller on the sea is greatly reduced.
一种全回转水下推进器海上拆卸安装方法,通过安装在船体外的吊梁及上部起重葫芦将起重索具体下放到水下与全回转水下推进器的水下部分相连,船体内起重设备将船体内的起吊索通过安装在船体上的起重索导向管与与全回转水下推进器的水下部分相连;通过内外两套起重设备及起索的互相调整长度,同时在安装在运输船上的起重索辅助绞车和辅助索的协助下,将全回转水下推进器的船体水下部分转运到运输船上。本发明同时适用于全回转水下推进器的海上安装,只需按照上述步骤反向操作便可以实现全回转水下推进器的海上安装需要;本发明的最大优点是推进器的拆卸与安装过程中不需要海上浮吊船的协助,大大降低了全回转水下推进器海上拆卸与安装的租船成本。
