The invention discloses a bogie composite bracket with a damping vibration attenuation structure, which comprises an upper bracket connected with a bogie and a lower bracket used for fixing auxiliary equipment, the upper bracket is fixed with the lower bracket, and a cavity is formed in a main body part, close to one side of the upper bracket, of the lower bracket; a tubular suspension part is supported in the cavity through an elastic part, a plurality of through holes are formed in the suspension part in the circumferential direction, and the cavity is further filled with damping liquid. When the support vibrates due to the end of the framework, auxiliary equipment and self excitation, the suspension component in the cavity of the support provides counter-acting force to restrain vibration of the support, and energy is absorbed through deformation of the elastic element and liquid damping. In addition, the channel hole of the suspended component is arranged to be a round hole with the large outer portion and the small inner portion, the channel hole plays a role of a throttling valve when damping liquid passes through, vibration energy is converted into heat energy, and the shock absorption function is achieved.

    本发明公开了带阻尼减振结构的转向架复合支架,包括与转向架连接的上部支架和用于固定辅助设备的下部支架,所述上部支架与下部支架固定,下部支架靠近上部支架一侧的主体部分具有一空腔,该空腔内通过弹性件支撑有管状的悬空部件,悬空部件沿周向开设有若干通孔,空腔内部还填充满阻尼液体。当支架受到构架端部、辅助设备及自身激励产生振动时,支架腔内悬空部件提供反作用力抑制支架振动,通过弹性元件变形及液态阻尼吸收能量。此外,将悬空部件通道孔设置为“外大内小”的圆孔,在阻尼液体通过时起到节流阀作用,将振动能量转化为热能,实现吸震功能。
