The embodiment of the invention provides a lane changing early warning method and device, electronic equipment and a storage medium, and relates to the technical field of intelligent driving, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the position information of a second vehicle; the second vehicle is a vehicle adjacent to the first vehicle; according to the position information of the second vehicle, the distance between the second vehicle and the first vehicle and the driving direction included angle are obtained; according to the distance and the driving direction included angle, determining whether the second vehicle has a trend of changing the lane to the lane where the first vehicle is located; and under the condition that the second vehicle has the trend of changing the lane towards the lane where the first vehicle is located, lane changing early warning is carried out. The method can effectively improve the accuracy of lane change prediction and reduce the driving risk of the first vehicle.
