The invention discloses a charging discount method and device, computer equipment and a computer readable storage medium, and relates to the technical field of charging. The method comprises the following steps: configuring a plurality of charging preferential schemes according to a preset charging parameter limit value; the preset charging parameter limit value comprises a preset power grid load threshold value and a preset charging electric quantity range; obtaining a current charging parameter; the current charging parameters comprise the current power grid load and the current user vehicle electric quantity; comparing a preset charging parameter limit value with the current charging parameter, and matching the charging preferential schemes to obtain a target preferential scheme; and if the charging stop operation information is obtained within the preset preferential duration, charging fee settlement is carried out according to the preferential amount corresponding to the target preferential scheme. The charging preferential scheme is configured according to the preset charging parameters, so that the charging pile can be timely vacated in the charging station, the utilization rate of the charging pile is improved, the charging experience of a user is improved, and the charging repurchase rate of the user in the charging station is improved.

    本发明公开了充电优惠方法、装置、计算机设备及计算机可读存储介质,涉及充电技术领域。该方法包括:根据预设充电参数限值配置多个充电优惠方案;预设充电参数限值包括预设电网负荷阈值和预设充电电量范围;获取当前充电参数;当前充电参数包括当前电网负荷和当前用户车辆电量;通过对比预设充电参数限值与当前充电参数,从各充电优惠方案中匹配得到目标优惠方案;若在预设优惠时长内获取到停止充电操作信息,则根据目标优惠方案对应的优惠金额进行充电费用结算。由于根据预设充电参数配置充电优惠方案,可促使充电站内及时空出充电桩,从而提高充电桩的利用率,进而提升用户的充电体验,以及提高用户在该充电站的充电复购率。
