The power level required by the vehicle-mounted end is determined, the clock signal source generates a clock electric signal, converts the clock electric signal into an optical signal and transmits the optical signal to the inverter box through an optical fiber, the frequency of the clock electric signal is related to frequency information corresponding to the vehicle-mounted end, the inverter box receives the clock optical signal and then converts the clock optical signal into the clock electric signal again, and the power level required by the vehicle-mounted end is determined. The clock electric signal provides a reference clock for all the inverter boxes, so that the inverter circuits in all the inverter boxes provide the power level required by the vehicle-mounted end to the wireless energy transmitting coil to charge the electric vehicle. The interoperability of the system can be improved.
