The system comprises a stabilizer bar assembly, a coupling assembly and a hydraulic driving device. The coupling assembly comprises a first coupling body which comprises a first rotating body and a first gear ring, and the first gear ring surrounds the first rotating body and can move in the axial direction; the second coupling body comprises a second rotating body and a second gear ring, the second rotating body is coaxially and rotatably connected with the first rotating body, and the second gear ring is arranged around the second rotating body; and a housing. A first control liquid cavity and a second control liquid cavity are formed in the two sides of the first gear ring in the shell. The hydraulic driving device drives the first gear ring to move between a meshing state and a disengagement state through hydraulic pressure difference, the first gear ring is meshed with the second gear ring in the meshing state, and the first gear ring is disengaged from the second gear ring in the disengagement state. According to the hydraulic control system of the stabilizer bar, dynamic adjustment of lateral stability of vehicle running can be achieved.
