    本发明所述的一种集成式前轴钢板弹簧固定装置及车辆,属于车辆配件技术领域,包括车架总成,车架总成的外侧分别设连接有组合支架本体,车架总成下方设有通过组合支架本体连接的前钢板弹簧总成;组合支架本体上设有钢板固定孔一和钢板固定孔二,钢板固定孔一与钢板固定孔二通过连接支架相接;钢板固定孔一与钢板固定孔二内共同穿设有锁紧螺栓一;钢板固定孔二内设有可沿轴向滑动并套设在锁紧螺栓一外部的拉紧锁套,拉紧锁套挤压前钢板弹簧总成与钢板固定孔一相接触。通过对拉紧锁套调节,以实现拉紧锁套与钢板固定孔一分别对前钢板弹簧总成的两侧面相抵接,可有效防止前钢板弹簧总成在钢板固定孔一轴向上的蹿动,从而减缓对锁紧螺栓一的磨损。
