The invention provides a 2.45 GHz microwave charging system, which comprises a transmitting end and a receiving end, and is characterized in that the transmitting end is composed of a power amplifier, an upper waveguide and a travel switch, is mounted at the top of a vertical shaft, does not move along with the vertical shaft, and is connected with ground power supply equipment; the receiving end consists of a lower waveguide, a rectifying circuit, a charging panel and a lithium battery, is mounted at the top of the cage, moves along with the cage and is connected with the battery; when cage equipment rises to a wellhead, the upper waveguide and the lower waveguide are contacted to trigger the travel switch to be closed, and the transmitting end starts charging; and when the cage equipment descends, the travel switch is separated, the transmitting end stops charging, the upper waveguide and the lower waveguide are separated, and the battery supplies power to the electric equipment in the cage. In order to reduce radiation caused by microwave energy leakage to a human body, an anti-flow structure is added at the lower waveguide equipment to inhibit microwave energy leakage. Different from a microwave energy transmission mode adopting wireless power transmission, the device has the advantages that the reliability is higher and the cage maintenance cost is reduced for elevator equipment.

    本发明提供一种2.45GHz的微波充电系统,包括发射端和接收端,发射端由功率放大器,上波导,行程开关组成,安装于立井顶部,不随立井移动,与地面供电设备连接;接收端由下波导,整流电路,充电板,锂电池组成,安装于罐笼顶部,跟随罐笼移动并与电池连接;当罐笼设备上升到井口时,上下波导接触,触发行程开关闭合,发射端启动充电;当罐笼设备下降时,行程开关分离,发射端停止充电,上波导和下波导分离,罐笼内的用电设备由电池供电。为了减少微波能量泄露对人体造成辐射,在下波导设备处添加抗流结构来抑制微波能量泄露。本发明不同于采用无线输电的微波输能方式,针对电梯类设备,具有可靠性更高,降低罐笼维护成本的优势。
