The invention provides a signal intersection queuing length estimation method and system based on floating car data. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, performing map matching on low-frequency floating car data; secondly, a relation model of the maximum period queuing length and floating car space position distribution is constructed, and based on historical floating car data, the average value of the maximum period queuing is obtained through estimation; then, based on historical floating car data, according to intersection signal timing data, extracting a periodic average maximum queuing length of a floating car sample, and obtaining a variance; and finally, according to the obtained mean value and variance, defining prior distribution of the periodic maximum queuing length, and based on floating car data observed in the current time period, adopting a Bayesian method to estimate and obtain posterior distribution of the periodic queuing length in the current time period. According to the method, low-frequency and low-permeability floating vehicle data which can be widely acquired in a real urban road network is utilized to realize wide-range urban road network signal intersection queuing state acquisition which can be popularized and applied, and basic support is provided for urban road network traffic management and control.
本发明提出一种基于浮动车数据的信号交叉口排队长度估计方法与系统,首先对低频浮动车数据进行地图匹配;其次构建周期最大排队长度与浮动车空间位置分布的关系模型,基于历史浮动车数据,估计获得周期最大排队的均值;然后基于历史浮动车数据,根据交叉口信号配时数据,提取浮动车样本的周期平均最大排队长度,并获取方差;最后,以获得的均值与方差,定义周期最大排队长度的先验分布,基于当前时段观测的浮动车数据,采用贝叶斯方法,估计获得当前时段周期排队长度的后验分布。本发明利用现实城市路网中可广泛获取的低频低渗透率浮动车数据,实现可普及应用的大范围城市路网信号交叉口排队状态获取,为城市路网交通管理与控制提供基础支撑。
