According to the road condition monitoring and early warning method and device provided by the invention, a rich media message interaction mode can be adopted between first equipment and a monitoring platform, so that the first equipment can timely transmit a video of a traffic event occurring on a road and/or a picture of the traffic event occurring on the road to the monitoring platform; the monitoring platform can adopt a dynamic clustering method and a first model to predict a road congestion position and dissipation time so as to determine early warning information based on multi-aspect information. Moreover, the monitoring platform provided by the invention can publish the early warning information by adopting rich media information, the speed is high, the coverage rate is wide, the publishing efficiency of the early warning information can be improved, and the probability of secondary traffic accidents can be reduced. According to the scheme provided by the invention, the road condition real-time monitoring efficiency and the early warning information issuing efficiency can be improved, so that the road safety is better guaranteed.

    本申请提出了一种道路状况监控和预警的方法和装置,由于第一设备与监控平台之间可以采用富媒体消息交互的方式,使得第一设备可以及时将道路上发生的交通事件的视频和/或道路上发生的交通事件的图片传送给监控平台,监控平台可以采用动态聚类法和第一模型预测道路拥堵位置和消散时间,从而基于多方面的信息确定预警信息。并且本申请提出监控平台可以采用富媒体消息发布预警信息,速度快、覆盖率广,可以提高预警信息的发布效率,降低二次交通事故发生的概率。即本申请提供的方案可以提高道路状况实时监控的效率以及预警信息的发布效率,从而更好的保障道路安全。
