The invention discloses a fault diagnosis method and system in an electric vehicle DWPT system. The method comprises the steps that a target current signal is acquired; performing N-layer wavelet decomposition on the target current signal to obtain a target wavelet coefficient corresponding to the target current signal; determining a total average value and a total energy entropy of the target wavelet coefficients; determining an effective value and a waveform index of the target current signal; and forming a target fault feature vector by the total average value, the total energy entropy, the effective value and the waveform index, and inputting the target fault feature vector into a fault diagnosis model corresponding to the target current signal for fault diagnosis. According to the method, the accuracy of fault diagnosis is improved.
本发明公开了一种电动汽车DWPT系统中的故障诊断方法和系统,该方法包括:获取目标电流信号;对目标电流信号进行N层小波分解,得到目标电流信号对应的目标小波系数;确定目标小波系数的总平均值和总能量熵;确定目标电流信号的有效值和波形指标;将总平均值、总能量熵、有效值和波形指标构成目标故障特征向量,并将目标故障特征向量输入与目标电流信号对应的故障诊断模型进行故障诊断。本发明的方法提高了故障诊断的准确率。
