An airplane wheel speed sensor testing device comprises a servo motor, a motor supporting seat, a transmission device and a product fixing seat, the transmission device comprises a bearing cover, a transmission supporting seat, a shell, a shaft sleeve, a locking nut, a bearing, a transmission shaft, an adjusting ring and an adapter, and the shell is installed on the transmission supporting seat. One end of the transmission shaft penetrates through the shell and is connected with a main shaft of the servo motor through a coupler, the other end of the transmission shaft is connected with the adapter, the shaft sleeve is installed on the transmission supporting seat, the adapter is integrally in a disc shape and is installed on the transmission shaft through a screw, and an annular inner gear is arranged on the end face of the adapter. The product fixing base is installed on the end face, close to the adapter, of the shell and used for installing and fixing the wheel speed sensor, and the servo motor is connected with the transmission device of the cantilever beam structure, so that the test equipment can place a test product in a high-low temperature test box, and the power transmission precision is high. The actual working condition of the wheel speed sensor can be simulated.

    一种飞机轮速传感器测试设备,包括伺服电机、电机支撑座、传动装置和产品固定座,所述传动装置包括轴承盖、传动支撑座、壳体、轴套、锁紧螺母、轴承、传动轴、调整环和转接头,壳体安装在传动支撑座上,传动轴一端穿过壳体通过联轴器与伺服电机的主轴连接,所述传动轴另一端与转接头连接,所述轴套安装在传动支撑座上,所述转接头整体为圆盘状,通过螺钉安装在传动轴上,所述转接头端面设有环形内齿轮,所述产品固定座安装在壳体靠近转接头的端面,用于安装固定轮速传感器,伺服电机连接悬臂梁结构的传动装置,使得测试设备可以将测试产品置于高低温试验箱中且动力传递精度高,通过设置转接头和产品固定座,可模拟轮速传感器的实际工作状况。
