The invention relates to a load simulation device of a servo mechanism, belongs to the technical field of spacecrafts, and solves the problems that an existing load simulation device of a high-power servo mechanism is large in space size and cannot be placed in a conventional incubator to be coupled with a mechanical environment and a thermal environment at the same time for a composite loading test. The device comprises a base and a load simulation mechanism installed on the base. The load simulation mechanism comprises a servo mechanism installation platform, a first torque sensor, an inertia load mechanism, a torque adjusting machine, a friction load mechanism, a second torque sensor and an elastic load mechanism which are connected in sequence. The torque adjusting machine is used for reducing the output torque, and can reduce the sizes of the friction load mechanism, the elastic load mechanism and the base, thereby reducing the size of the load simulation device. According to the invention, the size of the load simulation device is reduced, and the load simulation device can be placed in a conventional incubator to be coupled with a mechanical environment and a thermal environment to carry out a composite loading test of a high-power servo mechanism.
本发明涉一种伺服机构的负载模拟装置,属于航天器技术领域,解决了现有大功率伺服机构负载模拟装置空间体积大,无法放在常规温箱中同时耦合力学环境、热学环境进行复合加载试验的问题。本发明包括底座和安装在底座上的负载模拟机构,所述负载模拟机构包括依次连接的伺服机构安装平台、第一力矩传感器、惯量负载机构、力矩调节机、摩擦负载机构、第二力矩传感器和弹性负载机构;所述力矩调节机用于降低输出的力矩,能够减小摩擦负载机构、弹性负载机构和底座的尺寸,进而减小所述负载模拟装置的尺寸。本发明实现减小了所述负载模拟装置尺寸,能够将所述负载模拟装置放在常规温箱中耦合力学环境、热学环境进行大功率伺服机构的复合加载试验。
