The invention relates to the technical field of hoisting equipment, in particular to a supporting device for hoisting equipment and an operation machine.The supporting device comprises a base and a slewing bearing assembly, and an annular track is laid on the base; at least two small rail cars are arranged on the annular rail in a matched mode and move along the annular rail, and a supporting platform is detachably installed on the slewing bearing assembly. The boom of the hoisting equipment is connected to the small rail car and the supporting platform respectively, the boom is supported by the small rail car and the supporting platform together, a transverse platform is not used for transition any more, and the statically indeterminate transverse platform is changed into a statically indeterminate structure which only transmits supporting force of a slewing bearing. The rail trolley and the bearing platform are both directly connected with the arm frame, and the structural calculation of the joint can directly calculate and determine the respective supporting force distributed to the slewing bearing assembly and the rail trolley. Transverse platform transition is not adopted, so that the problem that the supporting force of the slewing bearing cannot be accurately determined due to a statically indeterminate structure of the transverse platform is solved, and the calculation of the whole vehicle is more accurate and safer.

    本发明涉及吊装设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于起重设备的支承装置及作业机械,支承装置包括底座和回转支承组件,在底座上铺设环形轨道;环形轨道上匹配设置有至少两个轨道小车,轨道小车沿着环形轨道移动,回转支承组件上可拆卸安装支承平台;起重设备的臂架分别连接于轨道小车和支承平台,通过轨道小车和支承平台共同支撑臂架,不再有横平台作为过渡,将超静定的横平台改为只传递回转支承支撑力的静定结构。轨道小车和支承平台均直接连接臂架,连接处的结构计算可以直接计算确定分配给回转支承组件以及轨道小车各自的支撑力。不通过横平台过渡,解决了横平台超静定结构带来的回转支承支撑力无法准确确定的问题,使整车计算更准确,更安全。
